CALL FOR THE DEAD - John Le Carre





















His first novel and as such its outstanding.  There is no over reach, just the bare minimum for a cracking spy story.  I've read this many times and it never gets old

    You would never have heard of Kim Philby if he hadn't got caught out! Mind you, I thought the Cambridge Five was the Cambridge turn off on the M11 Motorway until I finished my MI6 induction program by studying Beyond Enkription in #TheBurlingtonFiles series. No wonder it's mandatory reading on some countries’ intelligence induction programs.
